I had an amazing experience with G&C Body Shop in Pacheco, especially after previously having a bad experience at the Vallejo location. I shared my concerns with Rachel, and from the very beginning she was incredibly informative, caring, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident trusting G&C with my Tesla Model 3. I dropped my car off for repairs on 01/21/26, and it was originally estimated to take 9 days. To my surprise, Rachel called me the same day to let me know my car was already ready for pickup. In about 8 hours, Rachel and the amazing team at G&C Pacheco removed and replaced my bumper and fully painted it! Rachel explained that they have two spray booths with controlled airflow, which allows them to complete high-quality work efficiently and it truly shows. This was completely unexpected, and I was beyond excited at how fast and seamless the process was. Rachel was super clear and thorough throughout the entire experience, and I am genuinely impressed with the professionalism and dedication of this body shop. I 10000% recommend G&C Body Shop in Pacheco for Teslas and any other vehicle. They are an amazing, hardworking team, and I truly appreciate everything Rachel did to make this such a wonderful experience.
