Stephanie is really great and communicates well. There was this one time that I called and asked and some other lady answered, instead of listening to what I was trying to say first, she kept saying that I have to schedule an appointment and other things. I wasn’t done talking and she ended up hanging up the phone.

I noticed that the new A/C condenser had creases on it. It was all that I could see from the outside. The internal components could not be seen. The warranty says that that it will be covered. We will see. Fred
