Service rep Casey was 99%. She failed to walk the vehicle after repairs to make sure I was ok everything. She also did not tell me about other issues with the vehicle. There were senors that showed failure and she felt it was not due to the accident but it was never communicated. I expected to receive my vehicle back a 100%. I appreciate the fast service but taking a little extra time to communicate some of this would have made a world of difference. Shop owner or manager negative -100. He was not helpful to customers, not appreciative of AAA recommendation for repairs. I received the feeling that he did not need AAA to recommend their customers to him and he is doing fine with out the extra referral. He did not care that his customer was put through something traumatizing and did not make them feel at ease. Score is a 5 because of Casey other wise a zero.
