Worst shop experience ever. The job has been done lazily with multiple mistakes leaving my car in a worse condition than it was before the break-in. Every time I'm told I'll get a call back from the lady I'm working with she never calls me back. Every time I have left a voicemail asking about my car, no one calls me back!

The ladies are great in person, but over the phone I can either not reach them or I don't get the full story which I get because they aren't the ones to repair my car but they're hard to get a hold of. No voicemail callbacks, no text message responds, and only once when a guy answered he got to get the lady assigned to my car on the phone right away, every other time I connect I get told she'll call me right back and I never get called back like they say and the shop is then closed for the day. If I don't call back I don't get a call back over my own damaged car. If the job was done to normal standard by the guys working on it, to think of it differently, I wouldn't be calling her once I find out more new things are wrong with the car.

1. The staff was slow on giving me updates. There are several times that they promise to call me back but never did. I have to keep calling them to know when I can pick up my car. 2. They quoted me one price but change the quote to higher price later. We never need to order extra part or do anything that’s not in our initial discussion, but the final price was 75% more than what they originally quoted. I feel like the process was not transparent.

Very nice people. Casey & Anthony made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Anthony gave me a ride when enterprise car rental failed to pick me up. Parts came in later than expected which made delivery of car off by a day. That was not within their control. Shop was close to home too.
