The quality of repairs seems good so far. The communication was also good; it was just a little inconvenient that they said it would be ready for pick up and a time was scheduled for the Tuesday and my husband started driving to pick it up but then they called and said it wasn’t actually ready.

The body work and alignment were fine. Only problem was the positive battery cable was not reattached to the battery terminal. It made enough contact to drive the car home and one or two other trips, but then suddenly failed — luckily when I pulled into my garage. I checked under the hood, saw that it was not connected and reattached it myself.
