Very pleased with the customer service. I arrived early and person who was supposed to to handle my case was caught on an important call. Another woman took over for her early. She was very nice and knowledgeable. The receptionist arranged a ride for me to the rental place., I was suppose to pick up my car at 5 two days later , but the rental place was very busy and I had to wait for almost an hour to return the rental. G and c waited for me after 5 so I could get my car.

Elijah was very professional and transparent with timely updates about my vehicle repairs. Repairs took a week, I didn't miss one day of work, my car looks just as good as the day I bought it, could never tell I was in a finder bender and a huge appreciation for cleaning it.
