The receptionist failed to input the note from my insurance stating i was not to pay the deductible. I was forced to pay the deductible or i would not have been able to leave with my car. Now i must wait two weeks for a reimbursement check to come in the mail. Other than that the service was great and the repair was done extremely quick.

Very satisfied! Great customer service! The only downside was that my car STILL smells like whatever was used to repair it, and it gave me a headache the first couple of days driving it.

Getting my car repaired after an accident is probably one of the most stressful things to happen! Julian and his team made it so easy….i dropped off my car and Julian kept me updated on all repairs. Before I knew it my car was good to go within 2 days! Super happy and would recommend Julian and team to my friends and family.

G & C Auto Shop offers Excellent service. Since my car was purchased last March 20, 2025 and the manufactured date on my car was on March 25, and it is less than 4000 miles, I requested to have all the OEM parts ( Original Equipment manufacturer parts) on my car’s repair. Mr. Issac and Mr. Sal were willing to advocate for my car and asked AAA Auto Insurance to purchase all the OME parts on my 2025 Toyota Cross Hybrid. My claim adjuster, Danelle , at AAA auto insurance approved my request promptly. Therefore, I greatly appreciate my claim adjuster, Danelle, at AAA Insurance & Issac & Sal at G & C Auto Shop for their excellent assistance.
