Everyone I’ve dealt with at the shop were extremely pleasant and professional. Did great work. Victor gave me detailed periodic updates and was also very friendly! He was honest about the time it will take and the costs.

Honestly the Hayward guys were great. SSF had issues in terms of updating, ordering the correct parts, and finishing the job. I'd hope this is an outlier but I'd likely recommend against the SSF location but in favor of Hayward. Though I will say, having my car brought to the Hayward location and then hearing they're undergoing renovations and that my car had to be brought to the SSF location was annoying. That means more time without my car.

Victor and the staff was friendly and very helpful, and kind. When the bumper for my car was on its way they called for me to bring in my car and it was repaired and ready on the day Victor said it would be. 😃, no problems, my car looks good, put a big smile on my face.

I am so happy with their personalized and excellent service. They always kept in contact to let me know the progress of the repairs, of course the parts delivery they have no control of. My first contact with Victor set up the tone of how they were going to take care of me and my car. Kelli was amazing with keeping me breast of the repairs. I loved that they went above and beyond the needed repairs. They installed my Front License plates back since it fell, then they detailed my car so it matches the new parts in the back. Extremely very happy with their excellent way of taking care of the car. I thank you for your recommendation.
