My lugnut key went missing all of a sudden, my car took 3 weeks to be finished and they said they'd have it done in 1 week, the lady at the front desk is rude, and they didnt leave me with any transportation

He went over and above what he needed to do to make me satisfied even when the other parties insurance company was not super helpful. He even delivered my car to me at work and picked up the rental car when the job was done! 10 stars for Mike!
