The young skinny short guy with brown hair, maybe in his 20s. You should fire him. Completely useless. He was supposed to help me unload my car from the trailer and was not only unhelpful but just disappeared and left me after only a few minutes. He was also rude and doesn't seem to know much since he works there and I was having to tell him what should be done. After waiting and asking for help for nearly 45 minutes someone else finally came out that was willing to at least earn their paycheck. Unless you fire that kid, I'm not coming back and I was a regular customer.

Rear panel still has scratches and dents from the accident the tail light was not replaced and still had scuff marks as stated in the invoice.

Geico claims adjuster did not understand that I was not liable for any repairs, since I was not to blame for the collision. In order to obtain my vehicle, I had to pay the deductible and call Geico for reimbursement. The geico claims adjuster cancel this reimbursement check, causing me to have to call Geico again for a reissue of reimbursement check. Geico claims adjuster again calls to say he paid the deductible for me. I paid the deductible!

The new bumper is clearly low quality as the material isn't as sturdy as the original and I'm sure they could clearly see how it bows on the bottom.
