This whole process was hassle free, they kept me totally updated, they were always polite and treated me like my business mattered! The bonus to all of that was my car was ready 2 days early!!!

The front passenger side door window is not working correctly. I had also asked if the entire vehicle would be buffed and shined up to match the newly painted side. I was assured it would be, and i'm less than satisfied with the result.

I had to call the shop to find out if my Jeep was ready. I phoned slighty before pick up time just to find out it wasn't ready. Same thing happened the next time I was told it was ready to be picked up. Again, my Jeep was not ready. And Again when I Finally got her back! A customer should be contacted y the Shop...Not the other way around! VERY POOR customer service!!!
