The back seat was no vacuumed out from the dust caused by repairs. I understand that there was stuff in the back seat but at least make an effort. Plus there is a white stain that is on my seat that was not there before caused by work done. The outside looks great but the inside is back was over looked.

when I picked up my car, one headlight was brand new & the other was the old fogged one. I know want it fixed/cleaned and because I work and live in Corvallis wished someone would have contacted me as I would had you do it. Now I have to schedule a time to bring my car back.

My car was promised to be done January 18. It wasn't completed until January 31. My car was towed to your facility end of December. A month is ridiculous. Especially when I was promised 10 days. Whenever I'd call there was excuse after excuse. Some of my favorites where the new door came in damaged, so and so is sick. In my line of work, if I am sick, someone covers for me. Apparently you only have one person capable to fix cars in your shop. Also I never received any calls about why my car was taking so long. I had to call and ask multiple people. I have since been telling and getting the word out there how terrible pacific auto body is!
