This was the first accident I was in since moving out as an adult. First time without my parents help to navigate it. This gerber location and the staff that specifically helped me made it a breeze. The man that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. My car was ready in less than a week and was spotlessly cleaned. The woman at the front desk was helpful with filling out the paperwork and made that process so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Overall this experience was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you so much to everyone who got my car fixed! Couldn’t have done it without yall! Fingers crossed I don’t have to come back soon though!
