Everything was good except the last day of pickup. I saw scratches in my car and asked the person to show me pictures they took when i dropped off my car. He became angry and started to talk very rudely. I do not understand why you have to be rude and shout when I was politely discussing with you. He also did not show me the pictures , so what's the point in taking them in the first place?
