Everyone was extremely nice, but it was frustrating that I gave them my correct contact number when I dropped the vehicle off and signed the paperwork, but then they decided to use an old phone number the insurance company sent them and I had no updates any longer. I had to keep calling to get updates until someone updated my number in the system so i would receive texts.
