common sense shows an additional big mark on fore panel which was white on a blue car should have been fixed. the pre existing scratch had been covered with touch up by car max but the new half inch scratch was white. all other repairs svc etc were amazing but it seems cost of painting a quarter panel were more than just sending off the bumper for repair or replacement and paint.

customer service was great. however my car had a scratch they missed due to a frontal collision. To me it was common sense it didnt look great and was not pre-existing because I recently bought the car and all scratches were fixed. I had scratches on roof and minimal on sides but none on forefront next to bumper before accident. They failed to fix this and I expected more because it was easily visible. However my customer service agent was great in keeping in contact and the repair was speedy.
