The staff was very professional and did a great job with the work as well as communicating with me during the process. My only complaint was the product they used to clean the inside of my car. It smelled horrible and I had to drive with my windows down for days. It took about a week for the smell to dissipate. Maybe the staff should ask the customer if they wanted the cleaner. Some people like to clean their cars with their own products.

We could not be more happy with the service we received at Gerber! Dalton was so awesome throughout the entire process, let me know updates as needed, and went above and beyond to find a place to repair the muffler/exhaust for our vehicle (which had been discontinued by GM). I firmly believe that Dalton’s diligent efforts saved our vehicle from being totaled, which would have been terrible for our family financially. Thank you, Dalton and the Gerber Crew!
