The woman at the front desk was very helpful and polite and the car looks like it never had damage . I was very pleased when I noticed how clean my car was inside and out I really didn't expect that! Great Job in my eyes. I'm happy

I am still waiting to hear about a back ordered part. So far I have felt the entire process has been confusing. We had scheduled service in advance and things were not ordered prior to this time. The work that was done, however, looks very good.

Loved the regular progress reports. The texts were great but the follow up phone calls were even better. If you knew what we went through to get information out of DeNooyer's body shop you'd be astounded. You absolutely blow them out of the water. Thanks!
