We thought the service was a bit slow. The updates while nice, became a little tedious as there were too many (I’m sure most people are happy with this service) Finally, there was a couple very small shopping cart scratches on the front bumper that nothing to do with the accident. My wife when dropping off the car mentioned them and asked if perhaps they could get a quick touch up. She was under the impression this would happen but it did not.

My experience at Gerber Collision was fantastic!! I would bring my vehicles there any day and I am telling everyone I know to do the same....The manager Dan came around the counter and talked to me like a person and explained everything that was done to my car in detail and Bernadette at the front desk was welcoming and explained all my billing receipts what I was paying for so I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off....the whole experience at Gerber was great and I will be returning there with my vehicles for years to come...thank you everyone at Gerber!!
