The whole process was made very easy and stress free. I appreciated having my rental car shuttle made easy and the large amount of communication from Gerber. I felt I knew the steps of what was happening and was given an accurate timeline. The staff was always very kind. Additionally, I wasn’t expecting my car to have the floor cleaned out.
