Erik, Quentin and the entire team were professional with great communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Work was explained in detail, they handled everything with the insurance adjustor, and did an a great job at repairing my truck. After a 3 day part delivery delay issue, they managed to get my car done a day early to avoid extending my rental past New Year's Day. If you ever need a collision or glass repair, I highly recommend this shop.

Why could we not have gone to your location on Washtenaw, which has much better access and parking? Why did we have to go to the Main Street location?

You left a silver plastic "AWD" symbol in the front seat. Where should it be attached? Also, you left a half-empty fast food cup of pop in the car. Fortunately it did not spill, but it could have!
