Process was smooth from start to finish. They looked at the problem, gave me a quote and agreed to discount it because I was paying cash and then agreed to turn the car around in ~3 days. My plan had been to get at least one more quote but I prioritize ease of doing business above most things. It was easy and they were responsive so I left the car there.

Ann Arbor Main St. location guys are awesome. South Industrial location terrible, I give them a 1. Stopped in there and three guys sitting at their desks didn’t even get up, greet me, or say anything. Just sat there surfing the web while the receptionist was on the phone. So I left and went to the Main St. location. Totally opposite experience. Craig and the guys are top notch and I would recommend them and that shop in a heartbeat.

The work appears to be of good craftsmanship but I might suggest that they shop around if the car is drivable.

Very expensive. Craig was nice but the repairs took longer than the original estimate and increased in price on two or three separate interactions. Had to keep my rental vehicle for 28 days, much longer than originally anticipated and I had to absorb not only the additional rental cost of almost a thousand dollars(which insurance didn't cover because of the time frame extensions) but also the extra nearly 2000 dollars of repair cost, resulting in almost 3000 dollars of additional unanticipated out of pocket cost.
