Outstanding customer service from this location. They did a beautiful job, and my car looked cleaner and better than it did when I dropped it off! Their staff is very accommodating, conscientious, and follows through on phone calls, and paperwork. Explaining everything that you need to know and making sure that you are taken care of. These folks get an A+ rating in my book.👍

The repair to my front bumper from a collision with a deer went fine, and I appreciated the ability to set up an appointment online. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me with a small ding under the driver's side side mirror, likely from a door opening in a tight parking lot. Tony offered to have someone come to the house to fix it, but I have not heard from anyone yet.

If Tony called to repair the ding, I'd change my answer to a 10.

Again, I'd change my answer to a 10 if Tony came through on the offer to fix the ding on my car that happened at Gerber on Wagner Rd.
