The only problem I had was a restraint system fault, which the Gerber people identified. I signed a waiver to allow me to take the car as I needed it on the weekend, but then the following week I took it myself to the BMW dealer. They just needed to reset the system. It would’ve been more convenient if the Gerber glass people had arranged for me to take the car over and just plug it in without the paperwork and associated overhead of checking it in to BMW of Ann Arbor, and waiting, and then retrieving it. I encourage you all to think of a way too more closely collaborate with your car dealers for a more seamless customer experience. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied with your service and the result as well as the friendliness of your front desk and the technician with whom I spoke
