I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. The staff went over and beyond making sure I was taking care every step of the way. When I first dropped my car off, I was met by Laurie the receptionist who graciously called enterprise to pick me up. Mike walked me through the process and informed me about the length of the service. The car actually was done a day earlier than promised, and I didn’t have to return the rental. I drove to Gerber and left my rental there and they took care of it. It is very refreshing to find a business these days that goes the extra miletaking care of a customer, definitely five stars all the way.
