I was checked out/charged before inspecting car. Upon inspection, I was told parts repaired or replaced. A small grill they said was replaced under headlight was obviously damaged; new one on detail charges was not installed. Also a paint scratch was not touched up. I was told told I needed to leave car or make an appointment to fix. Subsequentlycar was reported to insurance as done, with this piece specifically listed as replaced -- it was not replaced yet. I am promised this will be fixed, but don't understand this "oversight" when it is visible.

Outstanding issue to fix: new part mini grill under headlight ordered was not installed. Requested before I left shop that this be fixed. However vehicle repair was reported to insurance as completed. Frustrating that I have to schedule this again yet my insurance was billed as completed.

They always do a good job and don't mind answering questions. Everyone is nice and helpful and the quality of work is great! I'm even thinking of coming to them for a paint job in the future.

Car looks very good. Body work and paint match is excellent, and buffed out smoothly. Door edge chips were fixed, even though were not in job estimate. Overall excellent work, and Pam (receptionist) was very pleasant to deal with.
