I’m sure there are worse shops and worse experiences. While there were a few bright spots during the process, for the amount of money charged for repair and the time the vehicle was kept, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the final product

Repair Quality - 1.0/5.0 -

The interior of the car is littered with white residue dust and there is shop particles all over the interior of the car, including the back seating area (why was this area even worked on?). The plastic covers that go over the metal rails on both of the front seats has been removed and is missing. The front engine piece with the Toyota symbol that was “replaced” came from the factory fastened via guide clips. However, I can see the piece has been glued to the front end and has already separated in areas displaying the glue and a spaced between the part and hood, was this part even replaced? There is also a fluid moving sound coming from the engine that can be heard from inside the cabin that was not heard before repair. To cap off the entirety of the list, my four tire pressure caps with Yin Yang designs were stolen and replaced with four generic caps that aren’t even uniform. On a positive note, the car does ride comfortably and doesn’t seem to have any residual signs of malfunction or inability to drive properly. The front alignment does pull to the right slightly though.

I was in miss greet you please with the entire procedure from the moment. I dropped my car to the moment I picked it up. Well, I had to return my car due to a glitch in the air-conditioning. The owner himself came out and apologize for the inconvenience. But she did not have to do that but I could tell he was Julie bothered that the repair do not go as he had planned I love the highest praise for them. Even my car still sits in the shop. I have every conference that the problem will be resolved. And I will certainly without question is the service again if I need to, and I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair due to accident.

I would actually stay on a scale from one to 10 there would be an 11. If I deal with people not with the business. Good people like that. More than satisfied with the care I’ve got from my vehicle is great and drives great too.. I see that why the other preferred service of Harmon. Because they really are good and then they’re doing. Bad repair and service

The only good and nice thing about the location is the front desk lady. She was nice and sincere/helpful. The estimator was rude and stated right up front what they weren’t going to do. The repairs took 4 weeks. Upon pickup I noticed bubbles and specks in the clear coats and the front end with the hood wasn’t blended. I asked the large bald fellow that was the manager. To address it and he stated it passed inspection. This was a very bad repair job and a bad decision to choose this company/location. I will not return.
