Everyone was so polite and the job was completed prior to the estimated time, plus when I picked it up it was immaculate.

When they called I couldn't get there by 5 p.m. it would be a little after just because of the distance. Well, people were outside waiting for me and the agent was so nice, pleasant and looked over the car with us and no rush or anything. It was only a few minutes after 5, but he could have left. We were very grateful.

Everything was great from when I first spoke with the receptionist. The staff is friendly, kind, very helpful, and knowledgeable! When I called with questions or asked for updates while my car was being serviced, they were always kind and more than happy to help! Everyone there is nice and you can feel it's a welcoming environment. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. And I would come back in a heart beat if I ever need their services again!

Everyone at Gerber's were very nice and respectful. Ricardo explained the entire process if gge work thst was being done. The work was beautiful done and my Honda Element looked like it was new. The entire process was pleasant and I recommended Gerber to a couple of friends.
