The team allowed me to keep my truck until ordered parts arrived. They then scheduled the repair on a day they were able to dedicate time to it. This was a huge help as I use my truck for work. They got me in an out as quickly as possible. And a very nice surprise on top of all of this – my truck came back clean!! This is absolutely above and beyond! I used Caliber before. They didn’t have near this level of service. Gerber is now at the top of my list.

Ray was the best guy I’ve ever dealt with at any mechanic/repair shop that I’ve ever been to. He was very knowledgeable, informative and kind. He went above & beyond helping me, he even helped me with rides to & from my apartment. I couldn’t thank him enough to be honest. So glad to hear he’s becoming manager of that shop, he definitely deserves it. Also, his team did very well at making my car look brand new in the area that they worked on, as well as made the paint match and blend in perfectly👌 I would happily recommend this shop to anyone & everyone.
