Ray was the best guy I’ve ever dealt with at any mechanic/repair shop that I’ve ever been to. He was very knowledgeable, informative and kind. He went above & beyond helping me, he even helped me with rides to & from my apartment. I couldn’t thank him enough to be honest. So glad to hear he’s becoming manager of that shop, he definitely deserves it. Also, his team did very well at making my car look brand new in the area that they worked on, as well as made the paint match and blend in perfectly👌 I would happily recommend this shop to anyone & everyone. Awww Gerber Collision and Glass keep you in the loop the whole way. My car is back to normal and I still love her. They do great work and pay attention to EVERYTHING. on the car. If you have questions you can call. My Subaru has a lot of bells and whistles. EVERYTHING is back to functioning beautifully. I got to work with the 2 people on the office and they are by far some the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I equate them to Disney. Wonderful customer service.
