The entire experience was exceptional. Heather made it quick and easy to get scheduled and work with insurance. Ray couldn't have been more thorough when inspecting the damage and keeping me informed every step in the process. The workmanship is perfect! This is the second accident repair I've gone to Gerber. I refer my friends and you owe it to yourself to check them out!

Everyone that I dealt with there was completely professional and bent over backwards to help me with every step of the process. I mainly worked with Heather and Ray was instrumental in guiding me through what would be done to my car. He Heather was just so helpful with the paperwork on the last day and she explained what had been done to the car and why and how they did it and then I got all my own copies. As long as I own the car this work is guaranteed which is such a bonus! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car and I am really thrilled with the end results!

Gerber Collision did an excellent job. The side panel looks great and you can't even tell there's a new panel on my left rear door. Both Ray and Heather were extremely helpful and very professional and answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. They even answered questions about my rental car! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I appreciated that whoever answered the phone had answers to my questions and updates available immediately without me having to wait for a call back or message. One example of exceptional customer service was Ray putting my truck under an awning during a severe thunderstorm to prevent any hail or other damage. I was definitely worried about it until Ray called to tell me all was well.
