Gerber on Howard is the only place I would send my friends and family. I've had bad experiences with other shops in the past.

I would give an 11 out of 10 if possible. Ray took care of me like family. Helped me with the rental car people not showing up on time, helped me with the repair and he even spent his own time looking up technical specifications for my Volkswagen to help me out with a problem of the car flooding from the hail damage. He didn't have to do any of this stuff but he saved me at least a grand in additional repairs. Like I said, he treated me like family, he's a good man with high integrity, which is very rare these days. Give him a raise!
