My car was hit twice in less than a month, I was freaking out pretty hard and not paying attention when talking to my Insurance Agent while scheduling a repair. A week goes by and I show up at Gerber to drop my car off (same shop where I went the 1st time I got hit), only to discover I was at the wrong shop. Brock didn't hesitate, instead of making me turn around and drive to the other shop, even though they were clearly swamped and had staff out, he and his team handled moving my repair from one shop to another, made room in their schedule, and fixed my car so it looked brand new. This survey really can't cover how great these people are, and how patient and willing to go above and beyond. Brock was willing to come up to the shop on a weekend if I was unable to make it on a Friday to pick up car. In the end some of the team hung out after hours as I got there 15 min before they closed, and they stuck around to make sure I didn't have any problems with my car on pickup. This is the only shop I have felt like I didn't need to worry, that my car would get fixed without any extra hassle or stress. Can't even begin to describe how much that helps after getting in a wreck.
