It took almost 6 weeks to fix my car. I dropped my on 11/20/2025. When we picked it up on 12/13, it’s not done right. Then they continued working on it until 12/30. Finally it’s fixed after 40 days.

Everyone was very helpful and communicative. They turned around the work really quickly and they even cleaned the car including the wheels inside and out. The work they did makes it look like the accident never happened.

Getting burgled and having a car stolen as a Thanksgiving surprise was not fun ti come home to. When I heard the car had been recovered after being awol for three weeks and was "Driveable" I feared the worst. Quite happy that Justin and his crew gave our C Max a full diagnostic and re-keyed it. Found just two minor dings and a double gouge that looked like a small-fanged snake bite. Interestingly, in that I have an upholstery/leatherworking tool that can replicate that gouge. I'd be happy to recommend Gerber C & G. As a small thanks I made the crew a Grand Marnier Chocolate Percan Pie made from my Mother's favorite recipe... delivered it still warm from the oven. Thanks to your staff in helping me survive the psychological trauma of a holiday burglary and car theft, and special thanks for your diligence . I understand why USAA/ Progressive trusts your work. Customer service is top-tier. The receptionist has personality and great conversation, and the workers in general have clear, consistent communication, updating me on the car's status. I have no complaints. Even after the work is done, if you need anything, they’re there for you. They’re very quick, efficient, and provide amazing customer service.
