Customer service is top-tier. The receptionist has personality and great conversation, and the workers in general have clear, consistent communication, updating me on the car's status. I have no complaints. Even after the work is done, if you need anything, they’re there for you. They’re very quick, efficient, and provide amazing customer service.

Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Drop-off was simple, the rental car process was seamless, and communication was spot on throughout the entire repair. Pickup was just as easy. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to return the rental myself. Gerber took care of it for me. I accidentally left my garage door clicker in the rental, and your team retrieved it right away and is holding it for me until I can come by. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you to the whole team for the great service!
