Justin from day one was very helpful? Answered all questions that were asked of him and updated me on my vehicle twice a week. Today I went to pick up my vehicle and the guy that helped me was also very helpful answering any questions I had at the end. The technicians that worked on my vehicle did an awesome job. So far, it appears Justin did an excellent job on my car. I appreciated the consistent and frequent updates on the progress, especially with it taking so long for Kia to send the needed parts, which is obviously not y’all’s fault. Everything was smooth and easy, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful for me. Everybody was super nice and helpful, and Britney is great at her job! Thank you for fixing my car!
