Aftermarket bumper does not line up properly to the headlight. Instead of gerber honoring the "lifetime warranty" I was told approval was needed by the insurance company for another one. In addition I was told to sign for my car before my inspection of the completed work. Sounds like an obvious excuse to get out of responsibility for the repairs that should have been done properly the first time. I was told "there's only so much you can do" and that is untrue do it right if the parts are not right get right ones. And certainly do not attempt to let a vehicle leave like that. I believe I have the right to have my car the way it was BEFORE I was hit and nothing less.

Upon my first visit I was unsatisified with the poor fit of the aftermarket bumper cover. However in the days to come I was impressed with the service made to correct the issue as well as the job done the second time. Because of the measures taken to pick up and deliver my vehicle I will recommend this shop to others.

The vehicle was not repaired the first time.Quality supervision didn't inspect work on the vehicle, i.e. Drivers side rear door,which was repair, didn't close properly, repairs to the inside of door frame was waved. I had to draw managers attention to this. The vehicle was taken back into the shop and then repaired properly the second time.
