I received emails everyday concerning the status of the repair. That was nice. However. The day may car was supposed to be done it was not! I had gotten a ride into work and now I was stranded! They hurried the work along but I still had to sit and wait an hour for it to be completed. This could have been avoided had they texted me the day before to say it wasn't done.
