I was satisfied with the work they did I wasn’t satisfied with a new manager starting after 2 weaks and calling and saying the end date would be Feb 16th instead of Jan 30th

Car was repaired wrong, and my trunk filled with water. Brought it back and requested they replace the moldy fabric in my trunk and they did not. Had to reschedule yet again to get the trunk cleaned. I will never go back to gerber again.

The ladies up front are great. When I got my car back, the driver seat buckle wasn’t assembled correctly, I had to fix that, the passenger visor is currently not working like it should so that’s not assembled correctly, And my headlights were not adjusted for the road, drove to work at 4 in the morning and couldn’t see ten feet in front of me, so I’ve adjusted them .The works done seems half assed.

Very impressed and will be recommending. writing a positive review publicly as well. Avon was a stretch for distance but with the level of service I was given, that can’t be matched elsewhere.

Rachael the GM there was phenomenal in helping keep me updated and handling the State Farm hail claim I had. It was by far the easiest claim I’ve ever had for hail and the Avon location even got it in and out of the shop in under a week. God forbid anything happens again, I know where I’m going.
