My care is back at Gerber because the paint look absolutely horrible. The window now doesn’t roll up and the car now has a bad vibration. I would never recommend this body shop. I would like someone for Travlers to call me.

Due to unique staffing circumstances, the process was way too long. Communication was frequent, but also mixed because of different people handling our claim with different levels of experience and knowledge. Not always accurate updates.

Vehicle was brought in on a Monday. We were originally told vehicle would be completed on the Friday or next Monday. Ended up being the next Friday. When looking at vehicle on Friday we noticed a paint run that had to be fixed. They kept vehicle and was fixed and picked up the next Tuesday. I am ok with the customer service but totally disappointed in timeframe and issue with paint run.
