I was extremely pleased with the service from Gerber Collison & Glass! I really loved the way Van kept me posted of the progress, status and time my vehicle would be ready. Van was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and made sure it got done! Thumbs up to Van!!!

Van was very helpful, when I first contacted Gerber even though I had not yet given her the job she sealed the doors because rain was coming into my car heavily. All of the employees including the receptionist were fantastic. I'm so very happy I chose Gerber!

I received at least five or six notices where they pushed back the completion date a week at a time. I realize things can happen, but this is totally unacceptable.

This was the worst run and organized body shop I have ever seen in my entire life. Not only did they take over two months to get my car in and out, but I also have to take it back because of things that we're not done right the first time. And it's not just one thing it's multiple things.

They didn't keep us informed on anything. We would get text messages saying it would be ready one day and then on that day receive another text message that they had pushed the date back a week. This happened at least five times. Then when you would call to get some sort of verification of status, nobody knew anything.

I took my car to Gerber's after being rear-ended by a commercial truck. My entire process from beginning to end was very smooth and easy. I was communicated during the entire process and all my questions were answered when asked. From something that could have turn out way worse, ended up turning out better than I could imagine. I appreciate everybody at Gerber with making my experience so easy.
