I am completely satisfied with Gerber Collision and the repairs made on my car. The scheduling of getting my car repaired was a bit frustrating. I live in Zachary that is a long drive. Traffic was heavy the day of my initial appointment, and I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I was told that there was no leeway with being late, and I had to return weeks later. Having said that, the staff was polite and when I returned I was handled in a very efficient manner.
