The people act Gerber were excellent in their service from the young lady at the front desk to the gentleman who took my car in. I have used Gerber in the past but there was completely different people who worked there. But the individuals that are there now are GREAT!! Thanks

The repair work was excellent. The communications, mostly automated messages, were inaccurate and at times misleading, and led to me being out of town when my car was finished and ready to pick up. That needs correction.

I wasn’t able to pick my car up because I was on my way to work, so I asked if my dad could pick it up. I was told that it was totally fine and they just needed his name for when he got there. He got there maybe an hour or two later and they were giving him trouble, almost not letting him take it until he expressed the fact that the car is registered to him. Other than that everything was great.

Everything went perfectly smooth. And delivered my truck back when promised and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Could not be happier with the service and results so far. And it is incredibly convenient having enterprise Rent-A-Car in the adjoining parking lot.
