I will never recommend Gerber Collision to anyone. Their lack of care and concern for the wellbeing of myself and my kids, their gross negligence in failing to address known issues with my vehicle caused by the accident, and the lack of professionalism from the primary account rep are enough for me to never want to have anything to do with any Gerber location in the future.

The shop declined to replace the damaged rim that was part of the original repair estimate from my insurance. They also declined to even make an attempt to address the front end wobble that was reported to them when the truck was dropped off for repair. They didn’t bother looking at or inspecting the suspension related components and didn’t even bother lifting the truck off the ground. They completely ignored what I found very shortly after picking up my truck, to be a completely trashed wheel hub from the other driver hitting my rim that they never bothered to replace. Their complete lack of regard and gross negligence in my vehicle repair endangered the lives of not only myself but my two children as well.

This makes my second damage to my vehicle using Gerber for repair work. I'm praying that there will be no more damage that it has, but if there is I'll take it back to Gerber.
