So my car was at the shop for hail damage repairs for almost a month. I picked it up today and at first everything seemed fine, but I’ve found several issues that were not present before the repair. The interior appears to have been improperly reassembled after the headliner was removed. The rear roof grab handles (the ones on the sides by the ceiling for passengers) are loose and have exposed mounting holes. The left rear tail light is not working—it doesn’t turn on when braking or when using the left turn signal. The hood was replaced, but when I opened it, the insulation pad underneath (heat/sound insulation between the hood and engine) is missing. These issues suggest incomplete or improper reinstallation after the repair and need to be addressed.

Excellent service, from the estimating all the way through the detail. Took it in on a Thursday morning with two damaged doors, drove out the following day with two new doors. The paint match is awesome; the paint finish is smooth in the joints. Lady at the front desk was very professional, polite and friendly. Truck is clean, couldn't be happier! Thank you
