    "Kelly at front desk was very kind, efficient and organized. Tyler our service advisor was friendly & earnest. As Tyler anticipated the damaged part was able to be repaired & painted so the basic estimate for repair was on target with the exception of the calibration estimate. Tyler prepared us for possible changes in the final cost, saying it could go up $400 if calibration was required and $200ish if the damaged part had to be completely replaced. There was a surprise on pickup in that the required calibration was more extensive & expensive (about $1300) than projected. Tyler said my car required a lot of calibration & showed us the invoice. Perhaps there was an oversight that my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid is the Limited model. Of course the calibration is the final step & was conducted in the afternoon of the last day in shop so the final calibration charges were not available until that"
