Tyler (managed the repair) was efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. Erin (at front desk) was informative and friendly. Tyler answered all my questions. The repair was fast. It took less than a week to complete. Work looked great. Almost perfect match in color and finish. They guarantee 85% match and my car is in great shape but it is 15 years old with a pearlized white finish. The match looked great considering the length of time the undamaged areas were exposed to the elements.
