I was very satisfied with the customer service and the excellent line of communication. When I picked up my car I had a concern regarding streaks on top of my car hood. Mr.Hunt resolved the problem with out any hesitation. He was very patience and concerned that the customer was satisfied. I would rate Gerber Collision Company a 10. I would also refer other people to Gerber. My car looks good and thanks to Gerber's team.

After picking up our GMC I talked to a friend that also ran into a deer. He had his car repaired at Gerber. He dropped off his car 5 days after we did and it was repaired in 4 days. It took 2 weeks to repair ours with approximately the same damage to both vehicles. Why???

The car looks almost brand new but it took 14 days for repair. Talked to a friend and it only took 4 days for his auto repair at Gerber with similar damage, and that was inside the 14 days I had my car at Gerber. Why?
