Good communication and took less time than I expected to complete the process. Having the parts ordered ahead of time was awesome so I was only out of my car for two days. The car wash was icing on the cake, and even attending to my last minute observation about tire wear was above and beyond. Much better experience than the last time I had to use a body shop of a competitor in this state.
