Said it was to be done in a day. The texts I received from Gerber said it would be done in 3 days. My wife called and the secretary said it would be done in 2 days. They always tried to push the rental car they offered just to make more money. Will never go there again and will tell my insurance agent my experience.

There were some issues when we got the vehicle back, rear hatch open indicator and rear defrosters didn't work. Once we notified of the issues, they got us right in and gave us a loaner car.
